MORE THAN A MAP. That is the idea we want to convey with this collection that, beyond being a representation of the world, allows you to decorate any personal space and choose how you want to see the Earth.
Throughout history one of the main geographical problems has been to represent the terrestrial sphere in a two-dimensional plane pursuing as little distortion as possible. That is why, for more than five centuries, numerous scientists have proposed more than 400 projections to try to achieve it.
It assumes a pseudocilindíca projection described for the first time in 1906 by Max Eckert as one of the parts that make up the series of three pairs of projections. The pair that would complement this is the Eckert VI projection.
Enjoy it!! and discover the rest of our projections
